  • Have demonstrable sales experience in the B2B SaaS environment and complex sales cycles
  • Speak fluent German and English

Responsibilities

  • Have demonstrable sales experience in the B2B SaaS environment and complex sales cycles, and accompany existing and new customers through the entire sales cycle
  • In your discovery calls, ask the right questions and actively listen to quickly understand the customer's needs and decision-making process
  • Recognize and identify the most important stakeholders within the customer organization, build good relationships with them, and maintain them through regular follow-up calls
  • Don't be afraid of 'yes, buts' and handle objections like no other
  • Continuously build a stable sales pipeline and also pick up the phone yourself to generate new prospects
  • Be highly motivated and organized. Always know which customers in your pipeline have which objections and have a clear plan to solve them
  • Carefully maintain all data in our CRM system so that we can analyze our sales processes and business and derive forecasts
  • Communication and emotional intelligence are your great strengths and you speak fluent German and English
  • You want to continuously develop yourself and generally meet feedback with an open and proactive attitude – #nextlevelmindset
