Senior Account Executive

Summary

Join the Hive team as a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue through high-value relationships with industry players in the live events space, and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience successfully running full-cycle SaaS sales
• Proven ability to collaborate with executives and key decision makers
• Comfortable managing deals with a sales cycle of 6+ months
• Experience with event promotion, event marketing, and email marketing, a plus

Responsibilities

• Generate a robust pipeline of enterprise-level prospects and adeptly manage all sales stages, including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, demoing, and closing
• Conduct insightful product demonstrations to understand customer needs and clearly articulate our solutions to address them effectively
• Share and contribute to best practices and techniques, staying attuned to industry trends
• Innovate and implement new outbound prospecting strategies while continuously refining existing approaches to maximize effectiveness
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers within multi-family and commercial property management companies
• Identify, recommend and lead the execution of growth opportunities within key cohorts of known and undiscovered market opportunities
• Accurately forecast and manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, providing clear and concise health reports
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute targeted campaigns aimed at generating new business opportunities
• Represent Hive at industry events to increase brand awareness and foster relationships with key stakeholders
