Summary

Join HubSpot's Mid-Market Sales team as a Senior Account Executive and drive growth for companies with up to 500 employees in the ANZ market. Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, preferably working with medium businesses
  • A consultative sales approach with experience navigating complex sales cycles, ideally with multiple products
  • Strong experience in outbound prospecting and generating new business
  • Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with senior decision-makers
  • A customer-first mindset, ensuring their success is at the heart of your approach
  • A growth mindset, with a passion for learning, adapting, and developing in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Developing New Business – Identifying and engaging with potential customers through proactive and outbound sales strategies
  • Consultative Selling – Understanding customer needs and delivering tailored product demonstrations
  • Building Executive Relationships – Engaging senior-level decision-makers to drive strategic conversations
  • Managing a Pipeline for Success – Tracking and growing your sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets
  • Collaborating Across Teams – Partnering with marketing, customer success, solution engineering, and tech teams to create the best customer experience
