Senior Account Executive

Summary

Join Nucleus Global as a Senior Account Executive and support senior Client Services staff to ensure projects meet client needs. Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining high quality and timely completion. Demonstrate professionalism with internal and external clients. This remote or hybrid role reports to an Account Director. A Bachelor's degree (life sciences preferred) and 3+ years of relevant experience are required, along with experience in medical communications and specific software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (life sciences preferred)
• 3+ years' experience in project management or any appropriate combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in a medical communications or pharmaceutical environment working on publications projects
• Experience with Datavision or iEnvision requried
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time, on budget and with high quality
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) to track financial data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relationship-building and team collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Support senior Client Services staff to ensure that projects and services consistently meet client needs
• Manage budgets including performing financial reconciliations at project completion
• Develop project timelines and monitor projects to ensure deliverables are high-quality, delivered on-time, and within budget to the satisfaction of the client
• Demonstrate professionalism with internal and external clients
