Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales
  • Proven track record as a closer in B2B sales
  • Experience in both Account Executive or Account Management
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness
  • Comfortable with a metrics-driven sales approach
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology stack

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Craft and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Provide market feedback to internal teams to help shape product development and marketing strategies
  • Continuously refine sales techniques and adapt to market changes

  • Thrives in a startup environment and is comfortable with ambiguity
