Join Allied Global Marketing's FAVOUR division as a Senior Account Executive, Experiences! This fast-growing experiential marketing agency seeks a dedicated individual to assist with accounts, generate ideas, develop presentations, and execute programs. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients, manage vendors, and handle budgets. The ideal candidate possesses 1-3 years of experience in experiential marketing and live events, a passion for the industry, and strong organizational and communication skills. This role requires managing multiple projects concurrently, working non-traditional hours, and approximately 30% travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and / or 1-3 years of related experience in experiential marketing and live events
  • Passion for the sports & entertainment industry and live events
  • Knowledge of experiential marketing / live events with ability to speak and strategize on logistics, operations and execution
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines and adapt to unforeseen circumstances
  • Understanding of agency processes, department functions and workflow
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a ‘can-do’ attitude at all times
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Solid time management, written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead specific account tasks while supporting the overall experiential team
  • Work collaboratively with internal agency teams to ensure flawless project delivery against client’s objective and approved budget
  • Support multiple projects concurrently, developing project documents, inclusive of workback schedules, activation plans, pertinent deliverables, etc
  • Manage and develop relationships with trusted vendors and partners
  • Assist in invoice management and budget reconciliations
  • Communicate deadlines, prioritize tasks, assist on multiple accounts and provide solutions-oriented approach
  • Create a positive, collaborative, teamwork environment based on the company culture and values
  • Willingness to work non-traditional event hours, weekends and holidays
  • Travel to events, as needed. Approximately 30% of the year
