This role requires managing multiple projects concurrently, working non-traditional hours, and approximately 30% travel.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree and / or 1-3 years of related experience in experiential marketing and live events
- Passion for the sports & entertainment industry and live events
- Knowledge of experiential marketing / live events with ability to speak and strategize on logistics, operations and execution
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines and adapt to unforeseen circumstances
- Understanding of agency processes, department functions and workflow
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a βcan-doβ attitude at all times
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Solid time management, written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead specific account tasks while supporting the overall experiential team
- Work collaboratively with internal agency teams to ensure flawless project delivery against clientβs objective and approved budget
- Support multiple projects concurrently, developing project documents, inclusive of workback schedules, activation plans, pertinent deliverables, etc
- Manage and develop relationships with trusted vendors and partners
- Assist in invoice management and budget reconciliations
- Communicate deadlines, prioritize tasks, assist on multiple accounts and provide solutions-oriented approach
- Create a positive, collaborative, teamwork environment based on the company culture and values
- Willingness to work non-traditional event hours, weekends and holidays
- Travel to events, as needed. Approximately 30% of the year
