Requirements

  • Extensive Consultancy Experience: 10+ years in consultative sales, preferably within a digital agency, consultancy, or professional services environment. Experience in selling services rather than products is essential, including strategy & advisory, platform implementations, and custom application development
  • Channel Partner Expertise: Proven track record of working with partners to foster opportunities and expand revenue in a services-driven business model
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to senior executives in a clear, compelling manner
  • Proven Mobility & Flexibility: Willing to travel as needed, capitalizing on face-to-face opportunities to develop strong client relationships

Responsibilities

  • Lead with Strategy: Partner with your clients and prospects to clarify their strategic objectives, helping them understand the ‘why’ behind initiatives and the critical success factors for their businesses
  • Drive Growth in Services Sales: Your focus will be on acquiring and expanding service-based solutions, such as strategy consulting, digital platform implementation, and application development. You'll expertly position RDA’s service offerings to meet client needs across the full project lifecycle
  • Tailor Solutions to Client Needs: Collaborate with C-suite and senior digital, IT, and marketing leaders, particularly those seeking consultancy-driven solutions, to address their unique business challenges with customized strategies
  • Work Cross-Functionally: Align with internal RDA teams—Digital Strategists, UX Designers, Technologists, and more—to ensure that client projects are executed with precision and a consultative approach that emphasizes long-term growth
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the sales process from lead identification through to closing and project delivery, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded
  • Leverage Partnerships for Growth: Build and nurture relationships with partners, aligning on joint go-to-market strategies to unlock service-oriented revenue streams
  • Strategic Business Planning: Create and execute business plans that highlight service offerings, utilizing advanced tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and HubSpot to accelerate growth and success

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus Expertise: Experience with CMS, DXP, Ecommerce, Search, DAM, PIM, Intranet, and Customer Portal solutions is a plus, as these are key components of RDA’s service offerings
