Summary

Join Realtor.com® as a Senior Account Executive, East Coast, and contribute to the company's mission of empowering people to find their way home. This remote role, based in the East Coast territory, involves managing client relationships, focusing on retaining, upselling, and renewing high-value accounts. You will be responsible for articulating the value proposition of Realtor.com® products, guiding customers through ROI evaluations, and leveraging existing and new relationships to grow revenue. The position requires strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in driving high value customer and prospect sales
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling and cultivating meaningful business partnerships with high value customers
  • Ability to use critical thinking in a variety of situations and to solve “real world” problems faced by our target audience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong organizational and follow up skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time is required

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships from pitch, to sale, to execution with an eye on long-term, sustainable growth
  • Focus on retaining, upselling, renewing, and account management of select high value accounts
  • Must be able to clearly articulate the Realtor.com product value propositions and competitive differentiators to key decision makers
  • Possess the ability to communicate how the platform creates a competitive advantage for real estate professionals
  • Guide high value customers/prospective customers through complex ROI evaluations
  • Leverage pre-existing and newly developed relationships with brands and agencies to grow revenue
  • Utilize scripting to generate sales on calls
  • Build deep trusted relationships/partnerships with decision-makers at agencies
  • Provide ongoing, professional after-sales support in conjunction with cross-functional teams to enhance the customers’ dedication and grow their lifetime value
  • Consistently achieve performance goals and milestones - including productivity requirements
  • Must follow standard operating procedures; document all activities in our CRM
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline by aggressively prospecting potential customers
  • Stay up to date on competitive market and industry trends
  • Provide an elevated level of sales and customer service
  • Must thrive working in a fast-paced environment where performance is rewarded
  • Heavy business travel required to meet face to face with customers either at their offices or at trade shows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Online advertising sales background is a plus
  • Background in real estate is helpful but not required
  • Experience navigating multiple platforms throughout the day
  • Experience with databases &/or CRM tools is a plus
