Senior Account Executive in Worldwide

Summary

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for selling R365's Workforce Solution to new opportunities and managing the entire sales cycle. They will need to have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the HCM industry, and knowledge of restaurant operations and technology. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 5+ years of proven Sales experience, preferably in the human capital management (HCM) industry

Responsibilities

• Manage entire Payroll and HR sales cycle from discovery to close
• Generate and develop new opportunities to increase revenue
• Work with the Manager, Payroll and HR Solutions to maintain accurate pipeline and forecast
• Network with existing customers and vendor partners to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships
• Strategically build and work pipelines of prospects that lead to customer acquisition
• Become R365’s brand ambassador by gaining in-depth knowledge of the R365 platform to present to prospective clients
