Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software, data analytics, SaaS, or digital solutions; prior success in a high-growth or start-up environment strongly preferred
  • Hunter mentality – Track record of success with high volume new logo outreach and pipeline generation
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and securing new logo business
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to build credibility and trust at the C-suite level
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on outcomes
  • Sound administrative skills and highly evolved people management skills
  • Ability to multi-task; balancing daily outreach activity with a consultative, strategic sales process
  • Stellar communicator – in writing, in person, virtual, and via phone
  • Keen ability to understand the customer requirements and offer solutions
  • Strategic critical thinker with strong business management and development abilities to drive understanding and inspire creativity
  • Superior organizational and project management skills
  • Highly evolved presentation and negotiation skills to present to potential client
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any US employer

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic growth initiatives across assigned accounts and targeted prospects, with a focus on new logo acquisition and revenue expansion
  • Consistently exceed sales goals through a consultative and insights-driven approach to account planning, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Deepen client engagement by identifying new use cases, upselling additional services, and articulating the full value of SPINS’ portfolio
  • Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders within the CPG, Food Retail, and Manufacturer sectors
  • Represent SPINS at key industry events, executive briefings, and strategic planning sessions to advance market visibility and influence
  • Deliver tailored solution presentations and proposals that align with client objectives and demonstrate measurable ROI
  • Mentor and support team development by sharing best practices and contributing to a high-performing sales culture

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the CPG or Food ecosystem (Retailers, Brands, Manufacturers) is highly advantageous
