Requirements

  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivation and excellent time management skills
  • Experience: 4+ years in IT sales or services

Responsibilities

  • Proactively analyze existing customer book of business to uncover solution gaps, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and expand engagement across service pillars
  • Cultivate and expand your existing book of business and grow your portfolio by acquiring new customers
  • Conduct consultative selling to uncover opportunities spanning cloud, security, networking, communication and collaboration, and IT lifecycle services
  • Open and manage opportunities within iT1’s solutions offerings and engage the Pre-Sales team
  • Daily utilization of CRM to manage portfolio of business, i.e., updating account information, opportunities, leads/prospects, tasks, customer payment, etc
  • Leverage marketing tools to prospect and develop your portfolio of business
  • Engage all necessary internal/external resources to conduct business, including vendor, partner, and distribution representatives
  • Manage the end-to-end quoting process and ensure timely submission of deal registrations to maximize vendor incentives and protect pipeline opportunities
  • Maintain a minimum of 80% attendance for partner/vendor trainings and webinars

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Familiarity: Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
