Summary
Join Supermetrics' growing North America team as a Senior Account Executive! Based in the EST or CST time zone, you will drive outbound sales, develop new revenue, and exceed targets in a key global market. Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and partners to achieve sales goals. This role requires proven SaaS sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships. Requirements
- Proven track record of success in SaaS sales, with at least 2 years of mid-market experience
- Strong understanding of advertising agencies, digital marketing analytics, and the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with prospects, customers, partners and your teammates
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also working independently
Responsibilities
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Develop and execute a territory strategy to achieve and exceed targets
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including marketing, customer success, and partners to drive revenue
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce
- Respond promptly and effectively to inbound leads and work across the account
- Qualify leads to determine their fit with our solutions
- Utilize various channels such as email, cold calling, social selling, and networking to generate leads and initiate contact with potential clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospects' needs partnering with a solution s engineer for technical conversations
- Effectively communicate value propositions to prospects to drive conversion
- Proactively break into new accounts at the mid to senior level and above
- Research and understand prospects' business needs and pain points to tailor outreach
- Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone calls, and social selling techniques
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in digital advertising and SaaS sales
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-learning initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies
