Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas
• Proficiency in data manipulation and automation tools, with desirable knowledge in SQL, Python, and Snowflake
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and budgeting processes
• Exceptional critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and able to identify patterns, trends and anomalies in the data
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Leverage data across different software, extracting and manipulating large datasets, to integrate in our Accounting System, ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Automate accounting and financial processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational processes with financial and accounting processes
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements and conduct root cause analysis of financial anomalies and recommend corrective actions
• Support the accounting operations for the Brazilian entity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Experience with Workday is a plus
