Requirements

• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to learn and adapt to various accounting software quickly
• Advanced user of Excel

Responsibilities

• Analyze challenges, break them down into manageable components, and develop strategies to address them
• Convey ideas, strategies, and findings clearly and concisely to clients, teams, and stakeholders
• Define project or engagement objectives, manage timelines and resources, and ensure successful outcomes
• Build trust in client relationships through professionalism, confidence, and poise
• Foster a culture of innovation to provide insights and creative solutions for client challenges
• Adapt quickly to new situations, prioritize, and communicate proactively
• Transition between clients across various industries, balancing clients in different industries
• Learn and understand how to use technology effectively
• Balance achievable tasks when moving from one client to another, quickly shifting focus, reviewing priorities, and adjusting to shifting deadlines and deliverables
• Leverage colleagues and your team to develop amazing outcomes for your clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Client service experience
• Mix of public and private accounting experience
• CPA, CMA or MBA designation
• Experience with Sage, NetSuite, QBO, Bill, Expensify, or in-house accounting software for AP/AR
