Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • 6-8 years of experience in accounting for a US company
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Relevant experience working with large data sets
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in pressure situations

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research accounting issues in compliance with US GAAP
  • Oversee the Cash Management module in ERP, ensuring seamless reconciliation of bank statements and books
  • Manage the Fixed Assets module in ERP and maintain accurate records
  • Perform period end close procedures including, but not limited to, accrued expenses, prepaids, leases, fixed assets, allocations, capitalizations, accounts receivables, intangible assets and GL accounts analysis
  • Perform in-depth GL account analysis, deliver flux report for operating expense and balance sheet
  • Ensure compliance by assisting with state registration renewals, sales/use taxes, and other tax filings
  • Manage international subsidiary management account booking and coordinate with local filings
  • Support monthly financial reporting, annual audits, and perform advanced financial analyses
  • Collaborate directly with the Controller on high-priority ad hoc projects

Prior experience with Oracle Fusion
