Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience in planning, buying and executing digital advertising campaigns
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and directly with clients to handle competing deadlines
  • High level of organization, meticulous attention to detail and an ability to multitask
  • Strong proofreading and writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support client relationships, including joining weekly calls, presenting findings and proactive suggestions, actively participating in strategic conversations and collaborating to solve problems
  • Create advertising strategies and media plans from scratch, identifying the digital platforms and tactics that will help meet clients’ stated goals and KPIs
  • Conduct research using online resources and tools to gather, analyze and interpret data on market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to support the development of advertising strategies
  • Oversee and implement the set-up, maintenance and optimization of advertising in platforms like Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and more
  • Develop and track project work plans, ensuring to-do lists reflect accurate priorities and timelines allow for internal reviews and deadlines are consistently met
  • Bring deep understanding of marketing funnels and conversion strategies, including placing pixels and tracking in Google Tag Manager and GA4
  • Create detailed reports, compiling data from media platforms and GA4, pulling out trends and insights, translating data into qualitative findings and writing key takeaways
  • Problem-solve and troubleshoot technical ad campaigns when crises inevitably arise
  • Work with the accounts team to stay up-to-date on all client news, events and priorities
  • Work with the in-house design team to create compelling ad creative and write clear copy that stays true to a brand’s voice while following advertising best practices
  • Stay on top of digital advertising trends and policies
