Summary
Join Databricks as an experienced leader to oversee the Brickbuilder Program, a key initiative focused on partner solutions development and execution. You will lead program development and execution, collaborate with industry teams on solution creation, conduct market research, develop partner training programs, establish performance metrics, engage with stakeholders, and represent Databricks at industry events. This role requires 10+ years of experience in program management, consulting, or industry solutions development, strong technical acumen, leadership skills, excellent communication, and strategic thinking. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, with remote work options (US based, with preference for Atlanta, New York, Chicago, Dallas, or San Francisco). Up to 10% travel is expected.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program management, consulting, or industry solutions development, preferably in the technology or data analytics space
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and articulate the value of data analytics and AI solutions
- Strong team player with proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through influence and managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders
- High-energy individual who can advocate for the program both internally and externally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with partners and internal teams
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans while executing on short-term objectives. Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to lean in and help in multiple ways
Responsibilities
- Lead the Brickbuilder program, focusing on the development and execution of industry-specific solutions in collaboration with our strategic partners
- Collaborate with the Industry GTM team and oversee the creation of industry-specific use cases, reference architectures, and solution accelerators that demonstrate the value of Databricks in various industries
- Work closely with partners to identify, qualify, integrate and activate their capabilities, accelerators, and solutions with Databricks Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform solution development and partner strategy
- Develop and deliver training and enablement programs for partners to ensure they are equipped to successfully implement and sell Databricks solutions
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of the Brickbuilder program and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, enablement, marketing, and product, to align on strategy and ensure the success of partner-driven solutions
- Represent Databricks at industry events, webinars, and conferences, showcasing our industry solutions and partner success stories
