Join MINT MOBILE's Marketing Team as a Sr. Analyst, CRM Analytics! This newly created remote role (US residents only), reporting to the Manager, Retention & CRM Insights, requires expertise in reporting, automation, and strategic insights. You will analyze marketing performance, deliver data-driven insights, maintain measurement frameworks, and drive organizational alignment on customer data. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, experience with various data tools, and a passion for leveraging data to optimize marketing campaigns. Requirements
- Possess a Bachelorβs degree
- Have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience analyzing data related to campaigns, customer journeys, and leveraging CRM or eCommerce data to support decision-making
- Have hands on experience working with digital analytics tools (eg. Snowflake, excel, Tableau) for measuring and optimizing customer engagement and campaign performance
- Reside in the United States
Responsibilities
- Analyze the performance of marketing strategies and other data sets to drive optimizations
- Deliver innovative and data-driven marketing insights to help inform integrated approaches
- Maintain and enhance measurement frameworks and KPIs to demonstrate the success of marketing tactics
- Drive organizational alignment and adoption of customer data metrics and marketing attribution methodologies
- Regularly deliver reports that interpret analytics, and provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
- Maintain and improve upon full-funnel customer journey analytics (360 Degrees of customer interaction & measured outcomes including target, reach, penetration, experience, conversion, and optimization)
- Present clearly communicate arguments, insights, and recommendations to marketing leaders
- Exemplify experience working with both technical and business teams (Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Engineering) in order to build the key deliverables and to provide an integrated point of view
- Exemplify technical skills in data querying, exploration, and analysis through different platforms and technologies (e.g. SQL, Excel, Tableau, R, Python)
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess an advanced degree
- Have a strong understanding of A/B testing data and advanced skills in R or Python
- Be passionate about learning, problem-solving, and leveraging data to inform how integrated marketing campaigns are deployed across channels to drive key business outcomes
- Have an understanding of a marketing funnel, how to align campaign strategies with customer journeys, and the ability to leverage predictive analytics to anticipate customer behavior and optimize campaign performance
- Be a strategic problem solver with a big picture orientation who has the ability to zoom in and zoom out
- Be a good initiator with a natural curiosity of how things work and intuition on "why"/"how" we can improve
- Be organized, with an innate attention to detail, and can execute tasks efficiently and effectively
- Perform meticulous review of all deliverables that build organizational trust and confidence in analytics and reporting results
- Be comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment and pushing through ambiguity
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to manage multiple analytics projects and work streams
- Bring a commitment and enthusiasm to work within a dynamic organization
