Senior Associate, Production Operations

Summary

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in production, procurement, or supply chain operations, preferably in consumer goods
• Proven ability to manage high-volume purchase orders and oversee inventory across multiple channels
• Experience with ERPs and tools like Fulfil.io, Anvyl, or Flexport
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis, with strong attention to detail
• Experience managing and executing production operations with vendors in Southeast Asia
• Flexibility to work across time zones to align with global operations

Responsibilities

• Draft, issue, and manage purchase orders with vendors, ensuring all details are accurate and timelines are met
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate directly with global suppliers to track progress and resolve delays
• Oversee product sampling logistics, from factory coordination to quality reviews
• Maintain and update SKU, inventory, and vendor information in ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy
• Support inventory planning by optimizing production capacity and coordinating closely with planning teams and vendors
• Communicate with vendors to ensure alignment on production timelines, compliance standards, and quality expectations
• Schedule and oversee third-party quality inspections, addressing any issues that arise and driving corrective actions
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and propose actionable solutions for vendor management, order tracking, or capacity planning
• Create and maintain SOPs for critical workflows to ensure consistency and scalability

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management or similar field
• Ability to speak Mandarin
