Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years in B2B account management, preferably in the iGaming or gambling sector
  • Experience in managing high-value client portfolios and complex stakeholder relationships
  • Proficient in strategizing and executing account growth and retention plans within the USA/European iGaming markets
  • Familiarity with customer support frameworks, VIP player management, and the operational intricacies of risk, fraud, and payment systems
  • Highly analytical with a proven track record of operational optimization and problem-solving
  • Goal-oriented, with exemplary attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development and refinement of account management strategies to deepen client relationships and ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Manage account-related services and support structures, ensuring they align with client needs and business goals
  • Lead coordination among project teams to ensure client projects are delivered effectively, while focusing on strategic account planning and client communication
  • Monitor and report on the health of accounts, identifying growth opportunities and initiating engagement strategies
  • Oversee project components related to B2B accounts, ensuring deliverables are met and align with client expectations, regulatory standards, and industry best practices
  • Cultivate a thorough understanding of client needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to proactively address potential issues and opportunities
