Senior BI Analyst

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Looker primarily, but Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and querying languages (SQL)
• Solid understanding of data visualization best practices
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets
• Proficient in Excel or other spreadsheet tools for detailed data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data models, to support business operations
• Analyze large datasets from various sources, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to support business decisions
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives and operations for the executive team
• Continuously improve data quality, reporting processes, and metrics to ensure the business is making decisions based on accurate and up-to-date information
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization in reporting and data workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Clinical and Product, to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Communicate complex data findings in an easily understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics
• Healthcare experience
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
