Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree either in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Finance, or any related field
  • 7+ year working experience in brand marketing and PR, advertising/media agencies or any related field, experiences in cross-border/payment industry is a big plus. (ecommerce marketplace platform, logistics, payments)
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required
  • Highly motivated, well organized, detail-oriented, creative, and possess good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task, do media research and analyze viewpoints effectively, prioritize and influence stakeholders; understand the target market and its dynamics
  • Aptitude in presentation and public speaking

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating and implementing brand and PR communication strategy and implementation plans based on global corporate strategy as well as local business needs to build Payoneer as the leading brand in China PSP industry
  • Acts as the brand’s spokesperson with media relations and KOLs in China, formulates and implements public relations plan, selects and manages communications with external agencies, as well as develops other non-campaign activities for more brand exposures
  • In charge of providing direction for the brand, providing guidance, templates and other collaterals/seasonal gifts, and advising internal and external stakeholders on issues relevant to the brand
  • Work with agencies to provide daily/weekly media and social listing summary and recommendation, and also on monthly media insights analysis or special topics
  • Able to write speeches for organizational leaders, prepare articles for corporate intro /newsletters or campaigns for internal brand building
  • Develop and implement crisis communications advices as needed, and flexible to work out of normal working hours to coordinate with global team
