Summary

Join 90 Seconds, a global video creation platform, as a Senior Business Development Manager - Enterprise. You will be part of a global sales team focused on acquiring new enterprise accounts. This role involves lead generation, networking, and showcasing 90 Seconds' video products to solve content creation complexities. You will manage the early stages of the customer lifecycle, from initial purchase to adoption, working within a Hubspot-centric sales tech stack. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the technology, advertising, content creation, or media sectors. Success in this role requires strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with CRM expertise and a goal-oriented mindset.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience: Minimum of 3 years in new business acquisition with a strong background as a sales hunter, demonstrating a track record of success
  • Tech-savvy with industry experience: Solid sales experience in technology, with a keen understanding of the tech landscape and how to leverage it in sales strategies
  • Independent and motivated: Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently, thriving in a remote work environment
  • CRM expertise: Strong knowledge of CRM systems, with the ability to manage the entire sales cycle, including forecasting and sequence management
  • Enterprise sales background: Extensive experience in selling to enterprise brands, ideally in advertising, content creation, or media sectors
  • Goal-oriented: A go-getter who is relentless in pursuit of sales targets, bringing enthusiasm and passion to every aspect of the job
  • Strong organizational skills: Naturally organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: A natural networker with strong industry relationships, skilled in building and maintaining business partnerships
  • Presentation skills: Adept at delivering compelling presentations that effectively communicate value to potential clients

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to retain and grow revenue within an account
  • Grow accounts by opening new buying departments and build close and trusted relationships within cross-functional teams
  • Establish and build business relationships, effectively communicating 90 Seconds’ value proposition to Brands
  • Understand the customer and their video content requirements and represent 90 Seconds as a strategic partner to them
  • Successfully meet sales revenue goals and maintain growth in sales activity month over month
  • Proactively maintain account plans, systems, and tools with pipeline activity
  • Meet regularly with your accounts and drive value from being a thought leader in the video content field
  • You’ll love social selling and being strategic when it comes to account retention and growth
