Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage your portfolio of airline accounts like a business: develop and execute growth strategies; track and monitor performance; and drive analysis to identify areas of risk and opportunity
  • Understand key business drivers for the airline partner and create specific initiatives to support their overall strategy and direction
  • Uncover opportunities to improve commercial relationships; summarize and articulate to internal teams, and develop strategies to address, in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Organize, schedule and conduct in-person quarterly business reviews
  • Work with financial teams on forecast and revenue projections for partnerships
  • Develop marketing strategies and execute I/Os with airline partners in support of our Growth team
  • Negotiate net new contracts and contract extensions with partners in your individual account portfolio
  • Interface between the partner and our internal teams to provide operational support, ensuring delivery of an excellent experience for each traveler
  • Develop a strong understanding of the global travel market, with a particular focus on the dynamics of the airline industry including new and legacy distribution capabilities and their economic impact for both the partner and Hopper

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in airline distribution (OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline)
