Summary
Join ServiceNow's Platform & GenAI Strategic Operations Team as an analytical and strategic operations manager. You will drive strategic priorities and operational excellence, developing a deep understanding of ServiceNow's business and its full product suite, including Generative AI. This highly collaborative role offers significant visibility and the opportunity to become a key business partner with senior leaders. You will manage operational cadences, support data-driven decision-making, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and communication skills and experience in product operations or management consulting.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in product operations, business operations, or management consulting at a top-tier software company, consulting firm or similar
- Bachelorโs degree in business or related technical field; MBA a plus
- Track record of leading cross-functional projects, building trusting relationships, and influencing others, and able to work with all layers of an organization
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
- Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and/or SQL
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute operational cadences (e.g., product reviews, OKRs etc.) and support alignment between Product leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Support data-driven decision-making by defining and tracking relevant product and business KPIs
- Program management with cross-functional initiatives and programs including coordinating day-to-day activities, identifying risks, and hosting regular status meetings
- Drive process improvements to streamline communication and decision-making across teams
- Structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses and, suggest recommendations all in high-quality output (written and oral)
- Support senior leaders of the Platform & Gen AI business unit on ad-hoc analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred location is Santa Clara, CA, open to remote (ideally within SF Bay Area, CA; Seattle/Kirkland, WA; or San Diego, CA)
