Summary

Join Recast Software as a Senior Campaign Manager to lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the Application Workspace product line. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign or pipeline generation
  • Proven success planning and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, webinars, digital channels, and account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Experience with campaign planning tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset and a bias for action
  • Experience with a B2B SaaS company

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute multi-channel campaigns for the Application Workspace product lineβ€”from initial planning to final reporting
  • Lead campaign strategy and oversee execution across email, webinars, digital advertising, ABM, and field events
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to drive pipeline through targeted programs and nurture journeys
  • Partner with the Web & Brand team to ensure campaign landing pages, ads, and visuals reflect our brand and product value
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure campaigns are fueled by relevant messaging and assets
  • Support sales enablement by ensuring alignment on campaign goals, timing, and lead handoff
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance using data and insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders across multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT, cybersecurity, or enterprise software
  • Experience with Marketo
  • Experience with SalesForce
  • Experience with paid and digital campaigns
  • Experience with field marketing
  • Experience with partner sales and related marketing
