Summary

The job is for a Senior Client Partner role at IZEA, a global company specializing in the Creator Economy. Based in China, the role involves building business partnerships with outbound Chinese clients and developing strategies to capture key demographics. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development/Account Management in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Sales/Business Development/Account Management role, in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex relationships and cultivating new initiatives from these relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to all audiences both internal and external
• Thorough knowledge of MarTech/AdTech sales tactics, workflows, and best practices
• BA/BS degree required; MBA valued, but real-life experience is always preferred

Responsibilities

• Interface, negotiate, and develop high-impact relationships with outbound Chinese clients to build business partnerships and support company growth
• Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
• Identify prospects, generate sales leads, negotiate, and close new business via WeChat, email, calls, meetings, etc
• Network at events and meet-ups within the outbound field to build business relationships and partnerships
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
• Liaise with our internal account team and campaign team regarding case solutions and providing customer support
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
• Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition for your defined geography and accounts
