Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in creative DTC ads, A/B testing, CRO, UI/UX in the ecommerce space with an emphasis on design rather than data analysis
- A portfolio demonstrating design & video editing skills that enhance user experience and conversion rates
- Strong visual storytelling ability
- Ability to distil new concepts into applicable frameworks and roll out them out to new designers quickly
- Independent problem solver who is resourceful
- Organized & meticulous
- Obsessed with psychology, design, video, content & advertising
- Dialled into the industry: Eg involved in the DTC twitter, DRM/creative testing spaces
Responsibilities
- Creating scroll stopping ads across various projects (FB, IG, landing pages etc)
- Editing raw UGC/videos & turning them into high converting assets
- Research competitor ad strategies, customerβs visual language, design new hypotheses and apply new attention grabbing techniques into ad production
- Maintain a rigorous A/B test schedule, testing different hypothesis, styles and concepts
- Redesigning/ optimising landing pages to improve eye flow, aesthetic appeal & conversion rates
- Collaborate with external creative teams to produce high level assets to elevate our brand (photoshoots, product videos)
- Support new product design, launch kits and promo campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
Experience, knowledge or interest in branding, sociology, psychology, storytelling, product design
