Summary

The job is for a Senior Customer Insights Analyst at Despegar's Operations & Customer Service department. Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Customer Experience or Business Intelligence
• Graduate of Engineering, Administration, Actuary, Systems, Economics, or related fields
• Advanced Excel management and knowledge of SQL and/or data analysis tools (Python, R, SAS, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Understand the voice of the customer and translate it into insights for organizational improvement
• Process different sources of information and generate new ones to feed models and analyses
• Transmit the results of obtained insights to different stakeholders in the organization
• Elaborate high-level presentations and Storytelling
• Evaluate and design new strategies of management considering quantitative and qualitative aspects
• Work with Operational and Product teams to convert insights into actionable, measurable concrete actions
• Generate predictive data models, automations, alarms, etc. that allow anticipating potential impacts on customers
