Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-disciplinary software teams using one or more agile methodologies
  • Understand how to bring strategy, research, UX/UI design, and engineering together to plan and deliver incredible products
  • Master conductor of agile ceremonies, responsible for facilitating scrum events and decision-making meetings
  • Experienced in managing more than one development team concurrently
  • Focused on understanding the needs of the client and their business, and treat clients’ projects like they're your own
  • Excellent communicator with a range of audiences, no matter the medium
  • Servant leader to project team, continuous monitoring team health and enabling feedback loop for improvements
  • Curious, ask questions to get beyond the surface and the obvious
  • Prefer a highly collaborative environment
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Have experience analyzing and documenting business and user requirements
  • Always looking for a better way to do things, work with delivery management practice to identify and implement new ways to improve delivery outcomes
  • Have at least 5-8 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the team structure
  • Establish the way the client engagement will work
  • Lead the planning, estimation, and delivery of client engagements
