Summary
Join AcuityMD, a software and data platform accelerating access to medical technologies, as a Senior Demand Generation Manager. Drive the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns to fuel pipeline growth. Collaborate closely with sales, aligning on campaign goals and target audiences. Establish a repeatable campaign process, manage lead nurture programs, and define key campaign metrics. Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to enhance lead scoring and personalization. Manage campaign operations end-to-end, create campaign content, and stay current on industry trends.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a strong track record of collaborating closely with sales to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Significant experience working in the medtech space, preferably within startups, demonstrating the ability to build and execute scalable demand generation programs in high-growth environments
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and RevOps, ensuring alignment on revenue goals and campaign execution
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., LinkedIn, UserGems); familiarity with tools like clay and 6sense
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and performance reporting
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to execute campaigns in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate campaign objectives and results to stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a proactive, hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Partner closely with Sales to align on campaign goals, target audiences, and messaging
- Establish a repeatable campaign process, starting with broad 1:many programs and supporting 1:few and 1:1 initiatives over time
- Collaborate with the Marketing Associate(?) to manage lead nurture programs and improve funnel conversion
- Define and track key campaign metrics, providing clear insights and recommendations
- Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to enhance lead scoring, segmentation, and personalization
- Manage campaign operations end-to-end β including project management, creative coordination, execution, and reporting
- Create content for campaigns (emails, ads, landing pages) in collaboration with Product Marketing and Content
- Stay current on industry trends, demand generation tactics, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in sales or experience working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline impact
- Experience managing paid media campaigns and digital marketing channels for demand generation
