You will lead the strategy and execution of global, full-funnel demand generation programs across various paid media channels. This senior individual contributor role requires collaboration with internal teams and a digital agency partner to drive measurable pipeline growth. Responsibilities include managing budgets, optimizing paid media campaigns, developing sponsorships, and designing ABM programs. Success in this role demands expertise in paid search, social media, display, retargeting, and sponsorships, along with strong analytical and budget management skills. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience and a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or performance marketing experience
  • Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue through global, multi-channel campaigns
  • Paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
  • Paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, emerging platforms)
  • Display and retargeting campaigns
  • Sponsorships (podcasts, newsletters, events, targeted media)
  • Experience with ABM strategies and platforms (6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, or similar)
  • Strong budget management skills across multiple global geographies
  • Highly data-driven with strong analytical and optimization skills
  • Skilled at working with agencies as strategic partners
  • Comfort operating across the entire funnel β€” from awareness to conversion

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-funnel demand generation strategy across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and sponsorship channels
  • Partner with our digital agency to execute campaigns globally, ensuring alignment on targeting, creative, and optimization
  • Manage and allocate the demand generation budget across AMERs, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC β€” optimizing investments by region and stage of funnel
  • Optimize performance of paid LinkedIn efforts and expand to include Meta, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms
  • Develop and manage sponsorships β€” including newsletters, podcasts, and targeted media buys
  • Design and run ABM programs aligned to our target account list to support outbound sales efforts
  • Collaborate with integrated campaigns team, content, product marketing, and creative teams to produce compelling offers and assets
  • Measure and report performance against pipeline, revenue, ROI, and other key metrics β€” not just lead volume
  • Work with marketing ops to ensure accurate attribution and actionable insights from campaign data
  • Continuously test new tactics, audiences, and platforms to stay ahead of market and AI-driven marketing trends

  • Experience leveraging AI tools for targeting, creative development, or optimization
