Summary

Join ExtraHop's NA Demand Generation team as a Demand Generation Marketing Manager and lead end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns driving qualified leads and revenue. You will manage third-party lead partners, analyze program KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2-4 years of marketing experience, and strong knowledge of marketing and analytics tools. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), Splash, Sendoso, Integrate, Folloze, and content management systems
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • $96,000- $123,000 + benefits+ options

Responsibilities

  • Execute demand-generating programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns, regional/ field events, webinars, direct mail, content syndication, and more
  • Analyze and report on cross-channel program KPIs, optimize where appropriate
  • Manage 3rd party lead partners and closely track leads to ensure proper alignment with ICP, quality, and volume
  • Identify watering holes and partner ecosystems that will maximize awareness and lead generation
  • Measure lead quality and measure, report, and optimize experiences throughout the lead life cycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing team and act as the project manager for strategic marketing initiatives within your segment
  • Facilitate collaboration with the sales team via bi-weekly marketing updates on team calls, weekly newsletter, and ongoing marketing program calendar
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Proofread, and edit creative/ technical content across different mediums
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs, when applicable
  • Generate bi-weekly internal newsletter for the dedicated segment and internal campaign communications
