Join SeekWell, the parent company of 1-800 Contacts, Luna, and Hello Eyes, as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager on their CRM team. You will play a crucial role in driving adoption of their ExpressExam product and empowering customers to choose their preferred contact lens brands. This position requires strong collaboration skills, a dedication to enhancing customer experiences, and the ability to create and scale new marketing programs. You will be responsible for customer segmentation, building awareness, driving cross-sell, customer retention, testing and optimization, data analysis and reporting, and leading cross-functional groups. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email/SMS marketing, particularly in an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer business, with a proven track record of driving cross-sell and utilizing customer data platforms and marketing automation tools.
Requirements
- This position requires a strong ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, dedication to improving customer experiences, and the ability to create and scale new marketing programs
- The successful candidate will have a track record of both contributing to the creation of marketing strategy as well as hands-on execution to drive business impact through cross-sell
- 6+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email / SMS marketing preferably in an ecommerce, direct-to-consumer business
- 3+ years of experience driving cross-sell in an ecommerce or consumer subscription business
- Demonstrated expertise using customer data platforms and marketing automation tools to reach targeted customer segments with relevant and effective messaging
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive innovation and enhance customer experiences
- Dedication to creating effective customer-facing communications and experiences including establishing and testing different messaging frameworks to unlock growth
- Ability to lead cross-functional groups where you don’t directly manage team members
- Demonstrated success advancing marketing strategy while also executing day-to-day work
- High proficiency with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over quality and accuracy
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- As Senior Digital Marketing Manager on our CRM team, you’ll play a critical role in driving adoption of our ExpressExam product and empowering customers to choose the brand of contacts they wear
- You’ll be accountable for driving awareness and adoption of these products among our customer base
- Customer segmentation – identify customers who are good candidates for cross-sell, identify signals that indicate a customer may be in market for or benefit from adjacent products, and test cross-sell campaigns for specific customer cohorts
- Building awareness - In collaboration with partners across CRM, marketing operations, and creative teams, drive awareness of our innovative ExpressExam product and help empower customers to choose their own contact lens brands
- Driving cross-sell – partner with our product team and product marketers to optimize messaging, understand customer motivations, and leverage feature changes to drive cross-sell of adjacent products
- Building awareness and driving cross-sell - In collaboration with partners across CRM, marketing operations, and creative teams, drive awareness and adoption of our innovative ExpressExam product and help empower customers to choose their own contact lens brands
- Customer retention – support the creation of a world-class contact lens buying experiences to drive reuse of our ExpressExam and brand choice products
- Testing and optimization – actively test, learn, and iterate with every campaign and continuously use thoughtful testing and optimization to refine our messaging and audience targeting, and provide more relevant and personalized customer experiences
- Data analysis and reporting - monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, communicate results, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns
