Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience (Sr Manager or Director positions) or related fields of marketing management in the eCommerce fashion or intimate landscape
- Data-driven mindset
- Have built and managed creative and content teams
- Hands-on experience running various 360 marketing programs and campaigns from ideation through to execution
- Hands-on experience in paid media and implementing email marketing campaigns
- Experience in channel positioning and press management
- Strong leadership skills, detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to translate product, trend, and merchandising information/strategies into marketable product messages
- Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to see the big picture

Responsibilities
- Source, hire, mentor and lead a high performing team for brand marketing aligned with our core values and lead the squads you are involved as squad leader when working cross functionally with other areas to ensure talents are detail oriented, passionate and works aligned toward the team or squad goals
- Constantly research, benchmark and gather key data of trends, competitors and our internal customers to guide you and the team into right decisions to increase our sales by tailoring the message to our target persona
- Lead the end-to-end process of researching, strategizing and developing the brand voice, and formulating a long-term strategic plan in a clear way
- Lead the collaboration, feedback, definition and the creation of marketing documents to ensure there is clarity and alignment in the company and cross channels about the tone, messaging and do’s and don’ts
- Create the marketing plan and ensure is being executed and with improvement measured/tracked through our non-paid channels for Social, PR, Referral, Influencers/Ambassadors, Affiliates
- Work with Social media team to build the machinery to create content that grab people’s attention, generate interest to gain traction in video-first platforms by benchmarking people’s and brands that are at the edge of social media algorithm communications. (Know what the algorithm wants)
- Work with Social media team to develop a strategy with influencers promoting our products through Youtube, FB/IG and Tik Tok ensuring right presence in each channel and a constant influx of sales with a performance-first mindset to be profitable through influencers and ambassadors
- Actively collaborate with the Digital Product team to ensure the website touchpoints is communicating the brand positioning, through copy, imagery and experience that follow the guidelines always combining the balance between brand communication and a website that truly converts
- Work with Product manager and UX Designers to have in-store experiences at details of shapes, filters and options that will ensure we are giving a seamless experience to customer to purchase, a high conversion rate while representing the details of our brand positioning
- Develops functional requirements for new product launches and product improvements to ensure that requirements identify the market need/problem, and leads cross functional team to develop the solution that gives the right combination of cost, effectiveness and quality at the price point we want to sell
- Manage the communication, positioning and launch of products ensuring they fit the right category, communicate the value proposition, benefits by having always updated line sheets and merchandising master documents
- Own the 360 Integrated campaigns, called internally “Marketing Campaigns” by planning and executing campaigns leading the execution across marketing channels, digital product team and customer care
