Summary

The job is for a Senior Director in Avalere Health's Policy Access, Value and Evidence (PAVE) team. The role involves shaping, selling, and delivering global value engagement market access consultancy solutions to meet the current and emerging needs of pharma/biotech global market access teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in specialist market access consultancy with a proven track record across a wide range of global market access consultancy project types
• Extensive experience of interpreting complex clinical and health economic data sets to create technically robust and credible content
• Creative flair for cutting through technical complexity to develop high impact ‘snackable’ visual content that will drive payer behavioural change
• Experience of gathering payer insight through depth interviews and advisory board facilitation

Responsibilities

Developing, selling, and hands-on delivery of consultancy solutions for global market access clients to shift national and sub-national payer beliefs to secure both national market access and fully enabled in-market patient access
