Summary

The job is for a Senior Leader of Enterprise Sales in North America at Netlify. Requirements

• Deep experience in enterprise selling
• Proven track record of landing large enterprise customers (2,000+ employees) and selling complex technical products with an average selling price of over $200k
• Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience within high-growth startups where iterative process-building is essential

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of sales professionals focused on customer segments from mid-market to enterprise
• Drive new customer acquisition in enterprise businesses
• Consistently deliver against revenue and pipeline targets
• Play a personal and direct role in building and maintaining enduring customer relationships, up to C-level
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product and engineering teams, to advocate for customers and align roadmaps with customer feedback

• Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
