Requirements
- Proven track record of 10+ years in progressive sales leadership roles , with significant experience managing and scaling large, direct sales teams (ideally nationwide) and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and processes that have resulted in measurable improvements in revenue growth, win rates, and overall sales performance
- Deep understanding of full-cycle sales processes and CRM systems , with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making and optimize sales effectiveness
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development skills , with a proven ability to build, motivate, and retain high-performing sales teams in a dynamic and competitive environment
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy , with the ability to understand market dynamics, develop compelling value propositions, and contribute to overall business strategy
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets, elevate win rates, and optimize sales processes across all territories
- Provide visionary leadership and coaching to a team of Sales Managers and a large team of Account Executives, fostering a high-performance culture focused on exceeding individual and team quotas while ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional sales experiences
- Collaborate strategically with Customer Success leadership to develop and implement initiatives focused on maximizing customer retention, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from prospect to go-live
- Design and implement effective territory management strategies and action plans , ensuring optimal market coverage and resource allocation to capitalize on key opportunities and drive consistent results
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify areas for improvement, refine strategies, and provide insightful reporting to executive leadership on key performance indicators and progress against goals
