Requirements

  • 15 years of experience in Sales
  • 5 years of experience in managing Sales Teams and Sales Leaders with proven track record of driving and executing transformation towards solution and consultative selling

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the execution of Mar GTM in the region
  • Set the strategy for meeting Sales Team quarterly and annual goals by defining priority verticals and countries
  • Own execution and grow the Sales Team towards consultative and solution selling
