Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of related work experience
  • A technical bachelor's degree with an energy-related discipline preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct large collaborative facilitated sessions
  • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk management and mitigation
  • Strong technical writing, data analysis, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage tactical and strategic tasks
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients and to serve as the primary point of client contact for some projects
  • Extensive experience using Microsoft Office (Office365, SharePoint, OneNote)
  • Willingness to conduct business travel

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall direction, management, quality control and completion of program deliverables
  • Facilitate the progress of a new program launch and manage a portfolio of projects
  • Communicate program progress to management, clients and external stakeholders
  • Interact with customers, clients, and external collaborators
  • Develop and manage multiple complex project budgets and tasks with minimal oversight
  • Conduct market research and data analysis
  • Track industry trends and other market changes that impact energy efficiency
  • Lead proposal content development efforts
  • Organize and facilitate in-person meetings, conference calls, and facilitated collaboration sessions
  • Conduct program stakeholder meetings, capture escalations, and proactively resolve potential issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of midstream programs
  • Knowledge of HVAC and/or Foodservice equipment
