Senior ESG Manager

Summary

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience driving ESG initiatives in a business
• Demonstrable knowledge of ESG management in a multinational business
• Familiarity with SECR, TCFD and CSRD
• Excellent written communications with proven experience of corporate reporting

Responsibilities

• Driving the business to complete the ESG Roadmap objectives
• Develop new ESG initiatives and ESG Roadmap objectives
• Keep stakeholder groups well informed on ESG activities
• Manage the collation of high-quality data for ESG disclosures
• Draft and execute the publication of ESG reporting
• Management of YouGov’s corporate and industry memberships

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability portals (e.g. CDP, Ecovadis, Hellios)
• Line management experience
