Senior Event Manager

Summary

Join Nas Company, a leading creator economy company, as a Senior Event Manager! You will manage all aspects of event planning and execution for Nas Summits across the United States, including the Don't Die Summit. This role involves developing event concepts, coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver flawless events and build a white-label event service. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of event management experience and a proven track record of success. This is a remote position offering competitive compensation and benefits.

• At least 5 years managing events, with a track record of successful projects
• Someone who can take an idea and turn it into something unforgettable
• Quick on your feet, especially when challenges arise
• Great at working with people and managing teams
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines
• Excited about building and scaling a new service

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire event process, from brainstorming ideas to executing every detail
• Help build and grow our white label service arm that offers event solutions to other companies
• Work with cross-functional teams (creatives and sales team), and vendors to make sure every event is flawless
• Keep track of costs and make sure events are delivered on time and within budget
• Think outside the box to create fresh, exciting event ideas
• Be the go-to person for partners and clients, ensuring they’re thrilled with every event
