Summary

Join Expel, a rapidly growing cybersecurity startup, as a Senior Field Marketing Manager and contribute to dynamic marketing activities that drive sales, brand visibility, and lead generation. You will partner with the Revenue team to set goals, target accounts, and create marketing plans for events. You will also oversee all event aspects from planning to follow-up, focusing on brand presence, sponsorship, promotion, staff support, and strategy evolution. This role requires over 5 years of experience as a Marketer for an enterprise/SaaS tech company, preferably with experience in managing events and programs from start to finish. You will also need experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to swiftly adapt to change and pivot strategies and execution as needed. Requirements

  • Over 5 years as a Marketer for an enterprise/SaaS tech company, preferably experienced in managing events and programs from start to finish
  • Experience working in a fast-pace environment with ability to swiftly adapt to change, swiftly pivoting strategies and execution as needed
  • You want to learn, whether you’re familiar or not about cybersecurity
  • This industry is always changing, and so are we
  • A proven record of managing multiple projects at once, while working well with sales teams to help, launch, and track results

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Revenue to set goals, target accounts, and create marketing plans for events that drive sales, brand visibility, and lead generation
  • Develop brand activation strategies and assess ROI
  • Oversee all event aspects from planning to follow-up, focusing on brand presence, sponsorship, promotion, staff support, and strategy evolution
  • Lead and evaluate vendor relationships to ensure alignment with our goals, delivering value through quality audience engagement, lead generation, and maximum ROI
  • Support Marketing Efforts: Be a marketing champion for Revenue, offering tools, sharing methods, and improving processes
  • Your goal will be to help the Revenue team use their resources and achieve their targets through effective marketing support and collaboration
