Join Supermetrics as a Senior Field Marketing Manager and play a key role in designing, building, and supporting our event-led GTM vision in North America. You will develop and execute event-driven go-to-market strategies, manage the full event lifecycle, and collaborate with sales and partner teams. This role requires 3+ years of B2B marketing and 2+ years of direct event management experience. You'll need strong analytical and project management skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to track and measure campaign results. Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing within a B2B Company
- 2+ years of direct event management experience
- Experience building & owning a budget and the ability to show ROI
- A creative thinking mindset paired with strong analytical skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate across teams
- Strong project management skills with a desire to get things done and a comfortability with bringing ideas to the table and bringing them to life
- Genuine excitement for creating unforgettable experiences
- An outgoing personality and motivation to connect with new people
- Ability to use data to make a strong hypothesis and setting up an environment where you can measure and gain insights from them
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute event-driven go-to-market strategies in North America to drive business goals
- Manage the full event lifecycle including the pre- and post- event activities as well as event execution to ensure optimal results
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our event-led GTM strategy in North America
- Work closely with the North American sales & partner teams to meet pipeline and opportunity generation goals
- Manage pre/post-event efforts and strategy, including account targeting, direct mail & email, to ensure maximum results
- Track & measure campaigns in SFDC for cross-campaign & departmental reporting
- Partner with customer marketing to create in-person and virtual executive experiences that drive outbound success
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with outbound sales teams for a B2B SaaS company
- Experience working within Salesforce, Google Analytics, Intercom, Postal, Hubspot
- Experience working with a Hybrid sales model (PLG and SLG)
