Senior Field Marketing Manager

Summary

Join Moonvalley, a leading generative AI company, as a Senior Field Marketing Manager to build and scale our event presence in North America. You will own the field marketing strategy, design engaging event experiences, and hit ambitious pipeline targets. This high-impact role requires 8+ years of marketing experience, including 4+ years in field marketing, with a proven ability to drive pipeline through events. You will manage significant event budgets and work closely with sales and product marketing teams. The role offers the opportunity to scale the program and build a team, contributing to the growth of a generational technology company. Moonvalley offers fully remote or hybrid positions with occasional company meetings.

Requirements

• 8+ years marketing experience, with 4+ years running field marketing programs
• Proven ability to drive pipeline through events, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
• Deep experience building lead generation programs that deliver real business results
• Successfully managed significant event budgets with clear impact on revenue
• Sharp analytical mind and data-driven approach to measuring event success

Responsibilities

• Own our field marketing strategy and roadmap, starting with North America
• Design standout event experiences that bring our technology to life
• Hit ambitious event-driven pipeline targets, including lead generation goals and ROI metrics
• Build efficient event processes from lead capture to sales handoff, working closely with Operations on lead handing and follow-up
• Work with Sales to refine our event strategy and boost pipeline quality
• Team up with Product Marketing to develop compelling content across our booth, keynotes,and speaking slots
• Own field marketing budget, vendor relationships, and strategic event partnerships

Preferred Qualifications

Experience at early stage and hyperscaling start-ups is a plus
