You will spearhead regional and public sector marketing programs, driving pipeline and revenue growth. Collaborate closely with sales, channel teams, and marketing counterparts to execute field campaigns, events, and targeted programs for government buyers. This role blends field execution with demand generation expertise to boost awareness, engagement, and conversion in the public sector. You will design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage events, create targeted marketing initiatives, align with sales and partner teams, ensure compliance, and track key performance metrics. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing and/or public sector demand generation—preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise tech
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through multi-channel marketing in complex sales environments
- Credibility and experience to partner with sales and own the overall demand plan
- Experience working with public sector and distributors to build scalable, measurable go-to-market programs
- A natural collaborator - you love working closely with sales, partners, and cross-functional marketing teams
- Organized, adaptable, and data-driven - able to juggle multiple campaigns while staging focused on impact with experience using marketing automation tools (Eloqua, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment—you take complete ownership of your patch and get things done
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- Has predictable, reliable attendance
Responsibilities
- Lead Field & Public Sector Demand Gen – Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, and events to drive qualified leads and influence pipeline
- Own Regional & Government Events – Manage end-to-end execution of in-person and virtual events - including industry conferences, roundtables, and executive briefings - tailored to government audiences
- Apply Our Resources to Run Enterprise & Account-Based Marketing (ABM) – Create targeted, high-impact marketing initiatives to engage strategic public sector accounts and drive deal acceleration
- Sales & Public Sector Partnership– Align closely with public sector sales and partner teams to develop outreach cadences, ABM strategies, and co-marketing programs that accelerate deal cycles
- Compliance-Savvy Execution - Ensure all public sector campaigns align with procurement cycles and regulations (e.g., FedRAMP, ITAR, FAR)
- Execute World-Class Events & Experiences – Own events, trade shows, customer roundtables, and executive briefings, ensuring every touchpoint delivers impact
- Establish Brand Presence & Thought Leadership – Position ExtraHop as a must-have security solution in Social, Customer References, content, webinars, and local and channel digital marketing
- Message & Positioning - Leverage your peers in the Demand Generation, Comms, Product Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver the full power of marketing for your region
- Measure, Optimize & Scale – Track key performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and ensure every marketing dollar is driving ROI
