Summary

Join SentinelOne as a Senior Events Manager to lead the development and execution of global events. Requirements

  • 7+ years of event management, preferably in cybersecurity, cloud, or data industries
  • Proven success executing large-scale industry events with measurable business impact
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills; adept at managing multiple events
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and events’ roles in lead generation and ABM
  • Proficient in event platforms (e.g., Cvent, Splash), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing tools (e.g., Marketo) and ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6Sense)
  • Familiarity with virtual/hybrid event platforms and cybersecurity industry trends
  • Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented, delivering outstanding attendee experiences
  • Passion for technology and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event planning, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy aligned with marketing and sales objectives, focusing on trade shows, conferences, webinars, and company-hosted events
  • Identify high-value industry events and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership
  • Plan, organize, and execute end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, vendor management, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Marketing, Brand, PR, AR, Sales, Demand Generation) to ensure events deliver measurable results
  • Ensure booth design, collateral, and digital assets maintain a cohesive brand presence and engagement with event attendees
  • Partner with the marketing, sales and partner teams to drive pre- and post-event engagement, ensuring strong alignment on target accounts and lead follow-up strategies
  • Work closely with executives and subject matter experts to secure speakers, panelists, and content that resonate with attendees
  • Define success metrics for each event, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to improve future events
  • Manage budgets, ensuring ROI for all events while meeting or exceeding financial targets
