Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, growth, and operations in healthcare; MBA preferred
- Strong analytical skills. You are at home in spreadsheets and can easily interpret data. SQL experience is preferred
- Track record in execution: You can identify process steps to bring an idea to life and develop a cross-functional implementation plan and track to it
- Managed tight deadlines: You are an expert juggler and can keep many balls in the air while relentless prioritizing work in a βgrowth-modeβ environment
- An entrepreneurial spirit: You can find creative ways to make a big impact quickly and without much direction
- Passion for collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, client success, data, and product teams to ideate, complete projects, and drive impactful results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies across employer accounts
- Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and launch growth initiatives
- Monitor and report on the impact of various growth experiments and initiatives
- Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and engagement data to identify trends in conversions and opportunity areas
- Work with our product and care teams to improve the patient experience across the cancer care journey
- Serve as a thought partner to leadership on adjacencies / new opportunities
