Summary

Workleap is seeking a highly capable and motivated Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead the growth strategies for their portfolio of products. The role involves developing and implementing comprehensive growth marketing strategies, launching experiments, managing large promotional budgets, and collaborating with other teams within the Revenue function.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years experience working in a growth marketing role in a SaaS organization, with a strong understanding of how to optimize performance through the customer lifecycle
  • Strong grasp of current digital marketing processes with a track record of successfully ideating, scoping, building, implementing, and measuring growth marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Extensive hands-on experience owning large ad budgets, managing Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta paid campaigns, and transitioning spend to improve performance
  • A track record of successfully launched marketing campaigns resulting in positive business impact
  • Extensive experience in marketing automation and CRM software such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive high-quality leads and grow pipeline
  • Launch experiments, monitor early results, and iterate quickly
  • Relentlessly manage and rigorously measure the performance of your strategy — progress, ROI, opportunities, threats, etc
  • Be customer obsessed! Develop and launch campaigns that create value for our audience
  • Put processes in place that improve the way we (Demand Gen) work when collaborating with a team of 40+ marketers
  • Get buy-in from leadership and other teams for your new ideas and strategies
  • Manage large promotional budgets and demonstrate the value of the results
  • Contribute to improve our marketing efficiency. Look at the big picture and spot areas that need attention
  • Work with Sales and Customer Support to drive a holistic marketing strategy focused on pipeline and revenue – not vanity metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Product marketing experience
