Summary
Join Wiz, a rapidly growing cloud security company, as a Senior GTM Excellence Platforms Enablement Manager. Lead the enablement and adoption of Go-To-Market (GTM) tools and platforms, partnering with Revenue Operations. Develop training programs, optimize workflows, and leverage AI-enabled tools like Yoodli. Drive platform adoption across Sales, SEs, Channels, and Customer Success teams. Use platform data to inform training priorities and performance coaching. Design and deliver role-based training for GTM tools and workflows. This role requires deep GTM process understanding and systems thinking.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems Enablement within a high-growth SaaS company
- Proven success enabling platform adoption and effectiveness across global, matrixed GTM organisations
- Deep knowledge of core GTM platforms (Salesforce, Gong, Seismic, Outreach, Aviso) and working knowledge of LMSβs like Sana and Mindtickle and AI-enabled tools like Yoodli
- Strong process mindset with the ability to align systems and workflows to business outcomes
- Experience delivering scalable enablement programs and partnering cross-functionally with RevOps, IT, Product Marketing, and Sales
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A passion for using technology to unlock productivity, coaching, and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- GTM Platform Enablement & Adoption
- Partner closely with RevOps platform owners to drive platform enablement and adoption across pre-sales and post-sales GTM teams
- Develop and implement usage frameworks, best practices, and training programs for core tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Seismic, Outreach, Aviso)
- Enable field teams to effectively utilise GTM technologies, ensuring tools are leveraged to their full potential across all regions
- Collaborate with IT and Product Marketing to ensure platform workflows align with GTM strategy and execution needs
- AI & Learning Tools Enablement
- Own field enablement strategy for tools such as Yoodli (AI role play/coaching) and the LMS , ensuring they drive skill development and sales performance
- Work with internal stakeholders to assess usage data, improve user experience, and increasethe impact of AI-based coaching and learning platforms
- Develop training content and communications to drive awareness and adoption of AI-powered tools that enhance sales productivity
- Workflow Optimisation & Operational Excellence
- Identify GTM workflow friction points and collaborate with RevOps to implement streamlined, tool-based solutions
- Translate GTM execution needs into platform capabilities to support pipeline management, QBRs, and deal execution
- Define and track enablement KPIs (tool usage, effectiveness, adoption benchmarks) to drive continuous improvement
- GTM Excellence Integration
- Guide how the GTM Excellence team leverages platform data to support enablement, onboarding, and performance programs
- Use platform insights to inform training priorities, performance coaching, and program effectiveness
- Ensure alignment between RevOps, Enablement, and field teams on tools, data usage, and process improvements
- Training & Change Management
- Design and deliver role-based training for GTM tools, workflows, and platform changes
- Act as a change leader to support the rollout and adoption of new tools and enhancements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders on how to maximise the value of platforms in driving execution and accountability
